The Parker Law Firm also offers services to property owners who are planning to hire a remodelers, homebuilder, or contractor to perform work on their property or to build a home by reviewing construction or service contracts and proposals, and by preparing contracts to cover construction work. The construction industry has very little regulation in the State of Texas and property owners need to protect themselves from dishonest and incompetent contractors and homebuilders.
