"James provided very valuable legal advice which helped us win an eviction case against a bad tenant who was represented by a lawyer. We're first time landlords and unfortunately ended up with a tenant who repeated defaulted on rent payments. We had questions about the eviction procedure and James spent time to thoroughly answer each one of them as well as pointing out areas that could be a concern. His advice helped us tremendously in preparing for the court hearing. He's very passionate about helping his clients and was incredibly helpful every step of the way! We highly recommend him!"
